KNOX Boxing & Fitness Personal Training
The KNOX Boxing & Fitness Personal Training System is comprised of three essential components.
1. We find individuals with the characteristics to become exceptional personal trainers, and we train them, then we train them some more. Finally, we follow up their initial training with at least two advanced training seminars every year.
2. We provide
our trainers with state of the art equipment
to help them achieve the results you
demand. Equipment that is widely used
among professional and elite athletes,
but until KNOX Boxing & Fitness was born
was not available to the general public.
(Ever heard of The Woodway Force Treadmill,
The Sorinex Hurricane, or a plyosled
? Don't feel bad neither have most of
the trainers at any commercial facility
within two thousand miles of KNOX Boxing &
Fitness. The only other commercial fitness
facility that has an array of equipment
that is even close to the equipment
we have at KNOX Boxing & Fitness, is Athlete’s
Performance Center in Arizona, and California.
You know the facility that charges Nomar
Garcipara, and other professional athletes
Four Thousand Dollars a week to train
in their facility.)
3. We provide our trainers with
a highly efficient and professional
system that every trainer must follow.
This allows us to supervise our trainers,
and you the client to gauge your progress
every step of the way.
* A list of past clients that you may contact is available upon request.
